Polyanide film is an important polymer membrane material. It has excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other characteristics. It is widely used in electronics, aerospace, automobiles, medical care and other fields. The production of polybramine membranes requires a series of process steps, which will be introduced in detail below.

Raw material preparation: The main raw material of polytamide film is polypelide resin. Its synthesis needs to control the reaction temperature, time, and ratio parameters, so that the resin meets the ideal molecular structure and performance requirements. In addition, some additives and additives are needed, such as solvents, additives, fillers, etc.

Solubility and filtration: Add polytamide resin to an appropriate amount of solvents, and fully dissolve the resin under appropriate temperature and stirring conditions. Through filtering, the impurities and insoluble objects are removed to ensure the purity of the solution.

Membrane formation: Pour the pure polytamide solution into the membrane forming device. Through special methods, such as immersion method, roller coating method, spraying method, etc., the solution is evenly applied to the substrate. Then, under the conditions of proper temperature and humidity, the intellectual reaction of the polypelide resin in the solution will cause a polyaline membrane.

CICS and thermal treatment: The formation of polypelide film is cured and thermal treatment to further improve the mechanical performance and temperature resistance. During the solidification process, the chemical bonds between polylide resin molecules are more firmly combined by controlling temperature and time. During the heat treatment process, it can achieve the predetermined thermal performance and size stability through heating film materials.

Film finishing and cutting: After solidification and thermal treatment, the polymeide membrane needs to be cut and sorted, so that the size meets the requirements and removes possible defects and impurities. Depending on different application needs, membrane materials can be cut into standard parts of different shapes and sizes, or rolled into coils for storage and transportation.

Quality testing: After the production is completed, the polypelide film is required for quality testing, including detection of physical performance, chemical performance, and size stability. Common testing items include stretching intensity, fracture and elongation, heat resistance, and chemical resistance.

Packaging and storage: Poems and storage are required to ensure its quality and safety. Common packaging methods include bags, boxes and rolls. At the same time, we must pay attention to moisture -proof, sun protection and shockproof. Avoid high temperatures, direct sunlight, and excessive humidity during storage, so as not to affect the performance and life of membrane materials.

The production process of polytamide film needs to strictly control the parameters and conditions of each link to ensure the quality and performance of the membrane material. At the same time, different application areas have different requirements for polyaline membranes, and the production process may be different. Therefore, in actual production, adjustments and improvements are needed to meet different needs in accordance with specific requirements.
