Heat Curing Protective Film

Heat curing protective film is made of PET film as substrate and coated with foaming acrylic PSA. The product has high peel force at normal temperature, and its force decreases after heating, which is easy to be peeled off.

Product has excellent adhesion before heat curing and with good fixation and protection.

After 1-5 minutes at 100 ℃, the peel force decreases and it's easy to be peeled off.

After peeling off the protective film, the surface will be free of residual adhesive and contamination

It can be used for grinding and cutting process protection of ceramics, glass, wafer, etc.
